Pharmacy Manager - Outpatient Pharmacy
THE LOCATION OF THIS CLINIC AND PHARMACY IS APPROXIMATELY 40-50 MILES NORTH OF EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN
This is a very unique opportunity for a motivated phamacist to work in an outpatient pharmacy associated with a clinic. The pharmacy works in conjunction with the clinic physicians and clinic healthcare services, in providing comprehensive pharmacy services to the patient population. The pharmacy is essentially a "retail" operation, but located within the clinic itself. Script count is 250-300/day, and there are also a handfull of IV medications mixed and delivered to patients within the clinic as well.
The manager is a working pharmacist, but also is responsible for supervision, operation, and growth of the pharmacy. Budget and cost controls, inventory management, medications orderining and purchasing, as well as compliance and procedures will also be within the scope of duties.
THE HOURS ARE GREAT!
M-F first shift hours only.
No weekends.
No holidays.
No on call.

Day-to-day activities will be to:
Performance monitor, troubleshoot, and schedule / taking backups.
Developer and maintain solid, industry-standard database management practices for all databases.
Manage and/or perform routine maintenance of the databases.
Provide secure database environments for production purposes that meet company policies and SOX compliance.
Install, migrate, and configure multiple production and non-production environments needed to support full application development life cycle by defining logical views, data normalization, data conversion, and archiving requirements.
Develop and maintain standards for documentation, database security, and audit compliance.
Participate in the migrations, patches and fixes of the Oracle based applications and tools.
