MetalTek International is a privately held, multi-plant foundry operation specializing in high performance and super alloys.  Key markets we serve include land- and flight-based turbines, naval defense, petrochemical, power transfer, mining and construction.

Working from diagrams and schematics, install and service plant electrical systems including work on switches, control panels, electronic devices and other related gear.  Diagnose and repair electrical problems.  Perform all service in compliance with applicable codes.  Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance functions on a variety of electronic equipment including CNC machine tools.   


 

 

 Requirements


Requires advanced shop mathematics.



Requires completed electrician’s apprenticeship or similar experience plus at least 3 years experience as an industrial electrician.



Education and experience in electronic repair, and CNC controls.



Requires thorough knowledge of applicable codes.



Demands high degree of ingenuity and problem solving ability.

The Physical Security Specialist is responsible for auditing, tracking and completing all client Internal Security and Crisis Management tools.  The individual in this position will also be required to conduct Physical Security Investigations and audits as needed and directed by the high profile client.  This individual will also be responsible for managing and maintaining all software applications to include risk assesment, crisis management and risk vulnerability.

Job Duties Include: 

Responsible for the delivery, assembly, installation, and repair of Home Medical equipment in customers' homes; and the training of customers, patients, or caregivers in the use of equipment. Responsible for the orientation and documentation necessary in training the patient and/or caregiver in the proper use of equipment and services. Responsible for 24-hour on-call availability as required to provide after-hours service to patients.
Delivers, installs, and assembles HME, respiratory, and infusion equipment and services and supplies in customers' homes. Provides training to customers on the safe and effective use of home medical and respiratory care equipment in the home. Evaluate the home environment for proper placement and safety of equipment. Performs assessments and modifications necessary for safe and effective use of prescribed equipment or additional required items. Reports findings to management. Maintains working knowledge of equipment. Communicates to manager and documents on the route sheet any questions, concerns, or complaints by patients or caregivers.

Job Description:
Will be working in an engineering lab, not on the production floor. Under direct supervision of Team Leader, remanufactures defective industrial control products returned by customers. Uses engineered test equipment to diagnose, analyze and remanufacture products according to remanufacturing policies and procedures. Troubleshoots and analyzes defective products by following test instructions and using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, frequency counters, and power supplies and diagnostic programs. Assembles/disassembles according by schematics or blueprints via mechanical assembly and disassembly Reads and interprets complex circuitry schematics and other engineering documentation approximately 20% of the work time and reads and interprets complex computer programs and operating system information approximately 10% of the time. Resolves order issues by interacting with team leader, engineering, customer service, purchasing, quality manager, or process manager. Timely completion of Remanufacturing work orders by maintaining information in order processing system, meeting corporate metrics and customer expectations of order processing time, and accurate completion of associated paperwork. Responsible for complying with plant quality, safety, and environmental policies while processing remanufacturing orders.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Driver/Equipment Mechanic for a company in the Madison area. This position would be ideal for an individual with a background in driving/transportation and basic knowledge as a mechanic. Candidates for this position should have experience in driving a truck/transporting materials to customers sites. Candidates would also be responsible for loading/unloading equipment using a forklift and other equipment. A CDL would be preferred but is not required, however, candidates must have a good driving record! The ideal candidate will also have a solid background as a mechanic including the ability to troubleshoot various types of engines/vehicles including gas, Diesel, electric, LP, and others. Candidates only need basic to intermediate knowledge in mechanics including oil changes/lubes, PM's, inspection, hydraulic work, and possible other areas. Candidates must be flexible, professional, have stable work history, and be willing to go above and beyond!
