Responsibilities
Forecasting Responsibilities:
·         Analyzes call volume patterns across multiple skills and products groups.  Identifies call volume trends.
·         Works closely with contact center management to stay informed about pending or current activities that may change the current volume trends.
·         Redevelops forecasts to reflect trend changes as appropriate. • Determines and communicates the optimal contact center resource levels based on accurate call volume forecasts.

·         Develops and produces reports, charts, graphs, etc. to communicate results, analysis and trends.
·         Handles incoming First Notice of Loss calls for the BP and CP Call Center Operations as needed.
·         Works on accomplishing all other tasks as assigned, such as mail, KOFAX or faxed in First Notice of Loss Reports. 
Scheduling Responsibilities:
·         Ensures schedules are generated on a weekly basis to maximize the efficient use of resources.
·         Maintains the employee database in the Workforce Management software.  Includes set up of new staff, updating time off procedures, changes to department supervisor, and removal of staff upon resignation/termination.
Real-time Adherence responsibilities:

Monitors service levels across multiple skills and product groups for compliance to service standards.
Redirects staff and staff allocations to ensure superior customer service for all employee groups and products for both insureds and agents countrywide.
Oversees daily schedule conflicts, adherence issues and occupancy concerns.  Assists contact center management with resolving these problems in a team environment.
May conduct training for contact center managers, supervisors and staff on the scheduling process and the importance of schedule adherence. 
May monitor and adjust assigned skills in the Call Management System in order to meet department standards.

Bartenders can expect to make as much as $40 - $60 an hour in tips and hourly wages. Shifts are 4 to 6 hours long. Day, evening and night shifts are available. Part time and full time help is easy to achieve. Many full time shifts may include benefits. Work in a friendly, exciting, fast paced environment.
