Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports for in-market managers;
Handle telephone calls, internal and external communications, meeting arrangements, and complex assigned tasks in a courteous and timely manner;
Maintain personnel calendars to ensure a smooth flow of activities and efficient use of time;
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare meetings, appointments, travel itineraries and associated accommodations;
Maintain efficient filing of all materials in an organized and timely manner.
